Create your own sports template

One of our coolest features is that you can easily create your own sports template. So if you host youth matches that play different period lengths, no worries, just set it up once and reuse it over and over again!

And another cool feature is that you can share your newly created template with others using your favorite messaging app, like WhatsApp.

Steps to use the Whistle scoreboard

Select sports template

Select your favorite sports template from the list, whether your hosting a professional or a match for the local youth.

Navigate to the Share / Follow screen and tap the Share and scan scoreboard button

Everyone can see your realtime match updates (pauses, added scores, cards, substitutions, etc.) on the scoreboard.

Then you probably want to keep your phone tucked away and manage the time, score and penalty cards directly from your wrist with a smartwatch.

When linked to the scoreboard, every change you make from your wrist will be reflected on the scoreboard almost immediately.

Even the Whistle app on the devices of the coaches and supporters can be linked to the same match, they all instantly receive the match updates as you make them!

Match history

When a match is finished, it will be saved to your history in your account. This can be very usefull for post match analysis.

You can not only see the final score, but also review which substitutions have taken place and at what time during the match, which cards have been handed out and to whom. And much more!

Interested in a large and weather proof outdoor scoreboard?

The Whistle App for Google TV is a scoreboard feature that can be downloaded from Google Play. Any size screen can be used. If your screen doesn't have Google TV, a cheap Google Chromecast can be purchased (available in the Google Store) and connected to the screen.

We're investigating the possibility to offer a scoreboard that is weatherproof, visible in direct sunlight and works straight out of the box with Whistle. Estimated costs for a 65" model excl. shipping, mounting and VAT is around € 5.300,-
